Emilio Rojas ft. Emanny - Something Special

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
J. Glaze
Album:
Playlist Volume 3

Though Emilio Rojas’ latest full-length, No Shame, No Regrets…, hit the ‘net just last month, he isn’t resting on his laurels. Today, the Rochester rhymesayer returns to our pages with a fresh cut recorded for AshleyOutrageous’ new compilation mixtape. On Something Special, the artist challenges a presumptuous shawty to show him something he can’t get from the myriad other “bad b*tches” in his life. J. Glaze‘s understated, piano-led beat bangs in the back as Rojas makes clear that, despite her many alluring qualities, she can always be replaced. The perfect addition to a smooth, yet dysfunctional joint like this one (see also: the singer’s many collaborations with Joe Budden), Emanny lends his silky vocals to the chorus. Something Special is just one of many fresh cuts to be found on the Gianni Lee-hosted Playlist Volume 3, released earlier this month and available now for free download.
