G-Scott ft. Ibn Inglor - 4 Finger Ring Raps

Posted 4 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
[prod. by dom?]
Album:
1983

With a record titled 4 Finger Ring Raps, which just so happens to be featured on a forthcoming album that dons the name 1983, you would expect rapper G-Scott‘s latest effort to be an absolute eighty’s extravaganza, right? Well, Scott’s got other plans in mind for 4 Finger Ring Raps. Instead of a boom-bappish style of production, beatmaker [prod. by dom?] opts for a light, violin heavy beat that seems to accentuate the lyricism of G-Scott and fellow emcee Ibn Inglor. While this latest release only marks the Gary, Indiana wordsmith’s third feature at The DJBooth, G-Scott goes at 4 Finger Ring Raps like a vet, cleverly rapping, “Walked in with three hoes, feelin’ like Christmas Eve, gifted. Now light trees.” G-Scott’s 1983 is currently scheduled for release this fall.
