Numb EP

Life isn’t like the board game Chutes & Ladders, in which shady behavior instantly sends you tumbling down a slide of karmic retribution. In the real world, the future is never Written in Stone, and bad deeds (when done right) often go unpunished—so why not try your luck? On Written in Stone, the latest single and first Booth feature from Jonathas, the Austin-based, Rio de Janeiro-born singer tries a similar line of argument on a female hesitant to cheat on her man, encouraging her to go with the flow and let the consequences sort themselves out. Track Bangas provide a fittingly steamy R&B backdrop for the artist’s seductive vocals, and Jon joins forces with Top Flight Films and Power House Media Production to co-direct the official visuals. For Written in Stone and much more, check out the artist’s Numb EP, available for purchase as of October 16.
