The late Amy Winehouse once said “love is a losing game,” a sentiment shared by emcee Kinetics if his latest collaborative video Make It Work is an indication about his thoughts on love. Following the release of Make It Work, which also features poet Accent songstress Missy Modell, comes the premiere its the accompanying visuals. Both Kinetics and Accent’s lovestruck lyrics play out in the Jon Kilmer-directed music video, which features the emcee’s in various scenarios as they rap about the ups and downs of love. While Kinetics is known for his work with production partner One Love, he switches things up a bit as he recruits Ages for the production on Make It Work. This record can be found on the New York City emcee’s With A Little Help From My Friends mixtape, which is available for free download.
