Kings Dead - Over Dinner

Producer:
Alex Mendoza
Album:
Revenge of the Beast

Looking for some new music to spin Over Dinner at your next soiree? The latest single from Boston crew Kings Dead (formerly known as The Dean’s List) may be just what the doctor ordered. Sure, it might cause your stuffier acquaintances to fold up their napkins and leave in a huff but, if your mealtime companions can’t appreciate dope beats and rhymes, do they really deserve a place at your table? On this braggadocious jam, emcee Sonny Shotz imagines himself as a ruthless dictator ruling over the game with an iron fist, and liquidating all who stand in his way. Alex Mendoza complements his imperious bars with cinematic strings and atmospheric synths, trying the cut together with an ominous, chopped-n-screwed style hook. Fans will be able to find Over Dinner, the reader-approved ‘94 and many more fresh cuts on debut set Revenge of the Beast, dropping digitally before spring’s end.
