Kwame Darko - Bet They See Me Now

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Felix Snow
Album:
None (Promo Single)

No matter how much talent you have, getting recognized is not easy. Sure, you might release dope content on the regular, but that doesn’t mean you are destined for stardom. While he might have been overlooked before, young gun Kwame Darko is so confident in his abilities that he is happy to, “Bet They See Me Now.” If they don’t see him after this, they must be blind as bats, because the kid can spit. Over a boisterous, epic beat by Felix Snow, Darko sets the alarm for those who have been sleeping, showcasing a hungry, almost angry flow as he raises a middle finger to the haters. In addition to crushing the verses, the DMV native hits a Bryce Harper-sized homerun by delivering an unforgettable, inspiring hook. There is no word on anything larger in the works but, now that Kwame has everyone’s attention, you can expect big things in his future.
