Mac Miller - Donald Trump

Producer:

Album:
Best Day Ever

I have to admit that before I started this write-up I wasn’t particularly familiar with Mac Miller‘s music. You can now consider me one of an ever-growing group of converts. Signed to Rostrum Records, a label that has developed talent like Wiz Khalifa, Miller is definitely on the list of artists about to blow. Today, the Pittsburgh native known for creating music that you can have fun and party to (just check his exclusive DJBooth Freestyle), has dropped the appropriately named Donald Trump, the first single off his upcoming mixtape, Best Day Ever. Produced by Sap, the record has a strong bass line and a captivating synth melody that Mac fills with enjoyable and totally transparent lyrics: “I’m the flyest muthaf*cker in the room, yea you know its me, b*tches hating on him cause he started out here locally.” He may not have Trump’s hair, but he’s certainly got the man’s ego. For more from Mr. Miller, be sure to cop Best Day Ever when it’s released on March 11.
