Thanks to the writing and production work of Terius “The-Dream” Nash and C. Tricky Stewart, singer Rihanna won a Grammy award this past weekend for her smash hit Umbrella.  Clearly, our good friends at Def Jam took notice of the success Rihanna has seen over the past year and kept the creative duo on speed dial for their next major project.  Hence, the reason why Mariah Carey will successfully kick off her 11th studio album with any radio programmer’s dream, Touch My Body.  If in fact her new single reaches #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Carey will pass The Beatles all-time high of 20 top ranked singles.  The highly-anticipated follow-up to Emancipation of Mimi, E=MC², will be in stores on April 15th.
