Mike Strong - Baby Malicious

Lord Still Willin

Are dope emcees made, or are they born? At least where Booth newcomer Mike Strong is concerned, the answer seems to be “all of the above.” Though the title of the Virginia Beach emcee’s new record, Baby Malicious, gives the impression he was balling straight out the womb, the lyrics offer insight into how his environment and struggles have shaped him into the man he is today. To accompany Mike’s poignant autobiographical bars, Dante Lewis flips a sample from the Boom Clap Bachelors’ Løb Stop Stå. Featuring Baby Malicious and much more, Mike Strong’s Lord Still Willin LP is available now for streaming and download via Soundcloud.
