Nike Nando - The Fall of the DeLorean

Posted about 4 years ago

As those without an encyclopedic knowledge of sequels to classic ‘80s flicks may have forgotten, the most famous DeLorean in cinema history died a dramatic death in Back to the Future 3, crushed into scrap metal by an oncoming freight train just moments after Marty McFly jumped out of the vehicle. You can view Nike Nando‘s latest feature, The Fall of the Delorean, as the rapper’s own climactic leap to safety, away from the bad blood and conflict that had sent his DMG collective racing towards its doom. Though the rhymes the Maryland emcee spits over Baze‘s guitar-laced production depict disagreements within his camp, his sentiments should ring true to anyone who’s witnessed how quickly close friends can turn into mortal enemies. This joint may represent the end of an era for Nike Nando, but it’s also the prelude to a new beginning; fans will be able to experience the next chapter in the artist’s career in 2013, when SpreadLove hits the ‘net for digital download.
