Nitty Scott, MC ft. Eliki - Feng Shui

Ski Beatz

When I grow up, I want my animal spirit to be just like Nitty Scott, MC. Lucky for anyone else who feels the same way, we get some tips courtesy of her latest single, Feng Shui. Here’s what I have so far: the right kind of incense, bamboo, some herb, recharged crystals, earth tones on the wall, and no mirrors (it’s bad Qi). I’m already feeling at ease just thinking about all of that. Now I totally get how she can come up with ideas like “Vibes never die / they are only transported.” Singer Eliki adds just the right amount of finesse to the track as she provides supporting vocals throughout, and the Ski Beatz-produced record makes me imagine what Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood would have been like if the cast was on the same kind of Fung Shui as Nitty. You can expect Ab-Soul, Stacy Barthe, Rapper Big Pooh and more on The Art Of Chill, available May 23. Nota Bene: Don’t sleep if you missed the NY native entry in our DJBooth Freestyle Series.
