Pizzle - No Sleep

Deonte Hayes
Album:

Last week, on the inaugural song release off his next street album, Milwaukee representative Pizzle began what he assured us would be the “Greatest Story ever told”—that of his own rise to greatness in the rap game. Today, the up-and-coming rhymesayer returns to our pages with another chapter from his epic-in-the-making. No Sleep, making its world premiere on our front page, offers us a glimpse of the long, hustle-filled nights he’s been putting in while laying the groundwork for his industry takeover. In contrast to its predecessor’s bombastic, street-ready feel, this joint has a more tuneful, cinematic vibe, thanks to the lushly-sampled production of Deonte Hayes. For this soulful grind anthem and many more fresh cuts, check out Insomnia 2 next Monday (4/22), when it hits The DJBooth for free streaming and download.
