Last Monday, Jersey phenom QuEST lit the fuse on his next indie album with May 10, 2012, a reader-acclaimed jam that found him recapitulating some of his past struggles. By contrast, follow-up Automatic sees the Visionary Music Group rhymesayer focused squarely on the path ahead—and the foes blocking it. Over Megatron ICE and 6ix‘s ominous, beat, drivin by frenetic, syncopated percussion and cinematic strings, the emcee channels a little vintage Luda, telling his rivals, “Get out the way, n**ga!Searching Sylvan is slated to to drop digitally in September. In the meantime, of course, you can keep it locked for the latest singles.
