Serge Severe - Seasons

Producer:

Album:
Silver Novelist EP

Kanye West once said “...people in your life are Seasons,“ and whether you fully believe that or not, you can’t deny that there are similarities. Some folks are as grim and cold as Winter, while others are as cheery and pleasant as Spring. Portland emcee Serge Severe portrays a bleaker side of this sentiment as he states, “Winter Spring Summer Fall, some will live, some will fall.”  On his first DJBooth feature, Severe tackles a variety of issues, and then verbally dismantles them. Produced by Zapata, Seasons contains mellow, yet lingering, horns that demand attention but still allow Severe to vent as he treats the listener as his therapist. Seasons is the first release from the Focused Noise emcee’s upcoming project, Silver Novelist EP, dropping July 30 and available for pre-order right now.
