I don’t own a weapon (discounting my set of kitchen knives) and I have only shot a gun once (at a firing range), but I am fairly sure that Stalley needs my help. No matter where you stand on the gun control debate, please take up arms with Stalley and Raise Your Weapons. Upon first glance at the title you might be led to believe that this effort is a gun-toting anthem, but the MMG emcee is actually referring to figurative arms, making this record hard-hitting both in style and substance. Backed by a cascading, effect-laden beat from Block Beataz, Stalley urges listeners to come together and be a catalyst for positive change in the world. The Ohio native’s message, along with his powerful, from-the-heart flow, gives you goosebumps, while providing inspiration to make the world a better place.
