Steve Aoki ft. Waka Flocka Flame - Rage The Night Away

Posted 2 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Steve Aoki
Album:
Neon Future

You know your speakers are going to get a workout when Steve Aoki or Waka Flocka Flame drop a new record. But if they’re on the same track, that workout turns into more of a Bikram Yoga session that includes three rounds in the Octagon with Brock Lesnar. Get that ice bath ready for your subwoofers. On the super producer’s latest single, Rage The Night Away, there are no subliminal messages to decipher. Just rage. And who better than former tour mate Waka Flocka to go hard in the party? This high energy banger features Aoki’s signature relentless bass and rough highs. It may have been a while for the Dim Mak Records head honcho since he was on DJBooth, but that’s probably because he’s been busy throwing cakes at his fans on tour, working on his next album (Neon Future), and setting up his new residency at MGM Grand’s yet-to-open Hakkasan Las Vegas nightclub. We’re sure that we’ll be hearing more from him this year. Side question: Was that a Based God shout out from Waka? #AdLibsOverEverything
