The KickDrums x OnCue - Machines

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
The Kickdrums
Album:
Unreleased

Last heard trading bars with Lone Star State buzzmaker M.i. on early-May promo single Write It Down, Brooklyn-by-way-of-Hartford rhymesayer OnCue returns to our pages with unreleased joint Machines. This record shares its title with The KickDrums’ instrumental track, originally released (in a slightly different form) as part of freely-downloadable EP Inspiration for Conversation. Backed by the Cleveland beat crew’s immersive, bell-laced production, Cuey updates fans on his hustle in breathless, emotionally-charged verses. Machines is just a loosie, but who’s to say a few rave reader reviews might not convince the collaborators to step back into the studio together? Whatever happens, we’ll keep you supplied with all the latest.
