Trippz Michaud - Oh Word

Young Boyz and Trippz Michaud
The Adventures of Trippz Vol. 1

If I had a nickel for every time a rapper used the words “swag” or “Illuminati” I would have enough “moola” to start my own record label. On the other hand, if I had a nickel for every time an artist referenced Tamagotchi’s I would probably have enough change for ... a stick of Bazooka Joe gum. Thanks to Booth newcomer Trippz Michaud, who uses the line “I’mma play her like a Tamagotchi” in his latest video single, I’ll be getting my chew on shortly. On the trippy video single Oh Word, the Connecticut emcee references the 90’s toy fad along with a plethora of drugs. Making his first appearance on our grand stage, Michaud looks to impress beyond his fiery, in your face attitude by teaming up with Young Boyz to concoct a dope, whirring beat which sets off the hazy vibe of the track. For more obscure, yet clever one-liners, check out The Adventures of Trippz Vol. 1, which is set to drop later this month.
