, Bankhead Bounce-worthy tunes. Thanks to the tropics-inspired percussion that immediately greets you at the start of Hands Up High (courtesy of producer J. Nick), the record is high-energy from the jump. Joined by Compton lyricist Problem, both Young Chris and his lyrical companion swap verses on their tales from the club with the backing of a hook that boasts, “Met a bad b**ch and I think she wanna f**k/ I’m so gone I forgot where I was, but I know I got my hands up high.” Young Chris’ latest club tune will be featured on the hopefully non-hungover emcee’s long-delayed, debut album which will be released via Motown.
