Zilla Rocca & The Shadowboxers ft. Curly Castro - Blood on Blood Converse

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Blurry Drones
Album:
Weak Stomach EP

Introduced to The DJBooth via February 2012’s reader-acclaimed Full Spectrum 2, Zilla Rocca has finally returned to our pages with another louche, smoky underground banger. Part of the Philly representative’s latest collabo with fellow “noir-hop” architect Blurry Drones (together, the twosome are known as The Shadowboxers), Blood on Blood Converse finds Zilla trading hard-boiled verses with FIDEL rhymesayer Curly Castro over his partner’s dusty string/brass loops. Like what you’re hearing? More awaits on the Weak Stomach 2 EP, downloadable now at a price of your choosing.
