Top Dawgs: Kendrick Lamar's "Alright" & ScHoolboy Q's "Studio" Certified Platinum
TDE fans have plenty to celebrate today as both Kendrick Lamar ("Alright") and ScHoolboy Q ("Studio") have earned Platinum certifications for solo singles—a first for both artists—by the RIAA.
"Alright" is the sixth certification of Kendrick's career, which includes two Platinum albums (good kid, m.A.A.d city and To Pimp a Butterfly) and three Gold singles ("Swimming Pools (Drank)," "Poetic Justice" and Sia's "The Greatest"), while "Studio" is the fourth certification of Q's career, which includes one Platinum album (Oxymoron) and two Platinum singles as a guest artist (A$AP Ferg's "Work (Remix)" and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "White Walls").

As a label, TDE has a total of seven RIAA certifications, all of which belong to either Kendrick or ScHoolboy Q. To date, Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, SZA, Isaiah Rashad, Lance Skiiiwalker and SiR have a combined total of zero single or album certifications. That could change this year, however, as Q is already working on his next album, SZA's CTRL is finally on the horizon, and Isaiah Rashad's star is shining brighter every day.
