Quiz time! Now that y’all know every tracklist for every album ever, we figured it was time to move on. Just kidding…well…sorta…We definitely didn’t cover every album ever made, but we still figured we should take a break from the tracklist quiz. Don’t worry though, we still have plenty of other ideas on how to test your totally useless knowledge of hip-hop. This week, it’s all about the lines (no Scarface).
Below you will find 12 famous rap lines, your job is to figure out what song they came from. Sounds easy, right? Well, a tracklist quiz sounded easy too, but low and behold, it was harder than you might have thought. You may know the artist who said the famous line, but recalling the exact song might get you; prepare to hate yourself.
Remember you have to have the artist and the song name, and only you know if you’re the kind of person who has to cheat on an online rap quiz to feel good about themselves. Honor code is in full effect. Let the quizzing begin!
“Smokin’ weed and bamboo, sippin’ on private stock”
“Some don’t agree with how I do this/I get straight, meditate like a Buddhist”
“Aristocrats, politickin daily with diplomats/See me I’m an official mack, Lex Coupe triple black”
“First off, fuck your bitch and the clique you claim/Westside when we ride, come equipped with game”
“All my life I was very deprived I ain’t had a woman in years/My palms too hairy to hide”
“Talkin bout what we gonna be when we grow up/I said what you wanna be, she said, “Alive””
So how’d you do? Are you pro with the prose? Do you prefer this or the tracklist quiz? I’m willing to test your knowledge on any random rap related shit you want so let us know!
