Chase & Status ft. Moko - Count on Me

Producer:
Chase & Status
Album:
Brand New Machine

Fresh off earning reader approval for Machine Gun, the Pusha T-assisted lead single off their forthcoming solo debut, UK beat duo Chase & Status return to the Booth with another freshly-released LP single. In contrast to its predecessor’s grimy, dissonant EDM grooves, Count on Me is more upbeat in tone. Featuring a drum ‘n’ bass rhythm section laced with pitch-shifted samples and syncopated keyboard chords, the duo’s high-energy beat sets the stage for a powerful vocal performance by Booth newcomer Moko. Joe Alexander and Charlie Robins direct the official visuals, which perfectly capture the record’s adrenaline-pumping appeal. For this dancefloor-ready cut and much more, cop Chase & Status’s Brand New Machine LP when it drops October 7, via Mercury Records/Universal Music.
