Krondon ft. TeeFLii - 7 Eleven

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Cardo
Album:
Everything's Nothing

Last seen sipping Opium Tea on a fall 2012 promo single, Golden State veteran Krondon makes his return to The DJBooth with the lead single off his freshman solo set. On 7 Eleven, a hazy Cardo instrumental sets the mood as the Strong Arm Steady member boasts about his propensity for chasing paper from the moment the sun peeks over the horizon till long after nightfall. TeeFLii assists on the guest tip, lacing the record’s chorus and outro with some slightly discordant (to my ears, anyway) Autotuned harmonies, and Kwaz “Scriptz” Fraser ties the package together with an official video shot—where else?—at Krondon’s local 7-11 store. Like what you’re hearing? You’ll find plenty more West Coast street bangers where this came from on Everything’s Nothing, set for release January 31, via StrongArmSteady.net.
