Krondon - Opium Tea

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
Josh The Goon
Album:
None (Promo Single)

Though Krondon‘s been missing on the solo tip for a long minute—his last feature, freestyle series inclusion Intermission, dropped way back in summer of 2010—the Strong Arm Steady Gang representative opted against making his grand entrance with something hard-hitting and dramatic. Instead, he’s returned with the world premiere of a cut as blissfully relaxing as a steaming cup of Opium Tea. A promotional single originally recorded for inclusion on producer Josh The Goon‘s next album, this hazy selection finds the emcee delivering intricate bars over the hypnotic woodwind samples of the A&R/producer (a frequent collaborator with Freddie Gibbs and Bambu). While Opium Tea, as mentioned above, isn’t attached to any project, fans should keep their browsers locked for further news and tunes leading up to Krondon and JTG’s untitled/scheduled forthcoming sets.
