As Terrace Martin prepares to open a promising new chapter in his career with the release of his long-awaited studio debut, it seems the West Coast producer and emcee is headed for a bittersweet ending in the romantic arena. On new single No Wrong, No Right, the hip-hop veteran describes a relationship that’s deteriorated so far that it hardly matters who comes out on top in the endless arguments. Backed by his and jazz pianist Robert Glasper‘s melancholy co-production, Martin wonders why he and his girl can’t simply cut their losses and go their separate ways. Cocaine ‘80s vocalist James Fauntleroy ties the record together with a smooth, harmonically rich guest chorus. For this cut, the previously-featured Something Else and many more quality jams, check out 3ChordFold when it hits record stores and online retailers on Tuesday, August 13.

Update: We have added Terrace Martin’s No Wrong, No Right visuals.
