Young Chris has been a bit quiet lately (his last feature, Hands up High, hit our front page nearly a year ago), but don’t count him out just yet. On new EP single I’m Alive, the Philly vet assures listeners that he’s still here, and he’s gonna be a major force in the rap game for the foreseeable future. Hitmaking beatsmith Rico Love‘s soulful, yet gritty sample work backs Chris as he confidently dispels rumors of his untimely demise. Set to drop Tuesday, November 19, via eOne Music, the Vital Signs EP will serve as the official prelude to 2014 full-length Alive. Keep your browsers locked for the latest singles off both forthcoming projects.
